Randy Webb is a 1988 graduate of Baylor University.  He started his insurance career at the family owned business, Webb, Young & Webb, Inc., in 1989.  At Webb, Young & Webb, Randy concentrated on insurance and bonds for the construction industry.  He writes many different classes of business in the construction industry, and he is a current member of the Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association.  In 2019, Randy joined Rich & Cartmill, where he continues to pursue insurance and bonds for contractors.  Randy and his wife, Jill, met at Baylor and were married in 1989.  They have 2 daughters, Abby and Holly, who are both also Baylor Bears.  Randy and Jill are active members of Crossings Community Church, and Randy currently serves on the Crossings Board of Elders.  In his spare time, Randy loves to work with Special Needs Adults and youth.  He and Jill teach a Special Needs Adults Sunday School class at Crossings, and Randy also helps at WINGS, a nonprofit community for Special Needs, as well as coaching a Special Needs baseball team for the Miracle League in Edmond. He also enjoys working with youth at Crossings.  Randy was taught by his grandfather and father that in everything we do, we need to treat others as we would want to be treated.
