Sloan Roller came to Rich & Cartmill, Inc. in June of 2024. He grew up around the industry and has always known he has wanted to be in the field of commercial insurance. Sloan is a 2020 Verdigris High School graduate and a 2024 Southwest Baptist University graduate. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management while also playing football for the Bearcats. Sloan began his insurance career during college as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual, finishing as one of the top interns during the summer period.

Sloan specializes in providing Commercial Insurance and Bonds for the healthcare industry and grocery stores. These include home hospice, senior living care facilities, durable medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and local grocery store chains across the region. Sloan is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma group.

When he is not working, Sloan enjoys spending his time on the golf course, hunting, and with family.
