Jennifer Hodges moved to Springfield, Missouri, in 2004 after spending her childhood traveling the country with her military family. A graduate of Central Washington University, Jennifer began her career as a captive agent for a national company, where she worked for four years before relocating to Missouri to be closer to her family. In 2005, she opened an independent agency, which she successfully grew over the next 14 years. After selling her agency in 2018, she joined a local Ozark agency as their Director of Operations, where she played a key role in shaping the agency and continued to work directly with clients.

Jennifer earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2016 and is currently pursuing her Certified Risk Management designation. In 2024, she joined Rich & Cartmill, excited to serve her clients through such a prestigious agency.

Jennifer is an active state board member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Since joining NAIFA in 2005, she has served on the local Springfield board and moved to the Missouri state board in 2016. Her passion for the insurance industry and the security it provides motivates her to advocate on behalf of her clients in Jefferson City and Washington, D.C.

Dedicated to providing educational insurance solutions, Jennifer believes in empowering her clients with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, floating, traveling, cooking, and playing poker. Jennifer also donates her time to the American Legion and Toys for Tots.
